You sign up. You give us a real name and a real email. You use RPM To Go to manage your own real properties, leases, tenants, and payments. We try very hard not to break.
One human, one login. You're responsible for keeping your password / passkey safe. We offer MFA and trusted devices — turn them on. If you let someone else access your account, you're responsible for what they do.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the paid period. We refund annual subscriptions pro-rated when the cancellation is in the first 30 days.
Pass-through fees (screening, e-recording) are non-refundable once the vendor has performed the service.
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts for the violations above, fraud, or abuse — we'll tell you why and give you your data unless legally barred.
RPM To Go is software, not legal or tax advice. Leases generated through the product are templates — review them with counsel for your state. Tax exports are conveniences, not opinions.
